 By the way, I&amp;#39;m using RTC0 for Softdevice so I should change it with RTC3.

&lt;p&gt;There is &lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/ps_nrf52840/rtc.html#topic"&gt;no RTC3 in nRF52840&lt;/a&gt;. The chip has 3 RTC instances, RTC0, RTC1, and RTC2. Typically RTC0 is used for softdevice, RTC1 is used by app_timer library, and RTC2 is available for other uses in the application.&lt;/p&gt;
