Is it a Windows error message or is it a Studio error message you get? Could you screenshot the error you get?

Hi,

At the begining when I start nrfgo studio, the error happened, so I cannot enter into the erasing and loading of SoftDevice, so I now I have no means to modify the RAM and flash address in the nrfgostudio.

Hi,

Do you use any SoftDevice ? If yes, you should configure the RAM address and Flash address in your toolchain according to the size of the SoftDevice. Hope this would help.
