If you want to transfer all the data within one connection event/interval, it seems like you need to use 36.25ms connection interval, based on my testing with the online power profiler, with Connection Event Length Extension enabled.

No, you can have 7.5ms connection interval for Coded PHY also, but you are limited to 27 bytes LL PDU size. You can test the ble_app_att_mtu_throughput example in the nRF5 SDK to test the throughput.
