My mistake, I did not see that they would like reference code for the PC side of the link.
I would then link them to the usb-cdc-acm repository on the NordicPlayground github. It should be what they are looking for.

Thank you Karl, what the customer want is the pc code reference, so pc software can collect data from 52 usb cdc port

While the NordicPlayground github is an official Nordic Semiconductor account, the repositories there are unsupported examples - meant only to provide guidance and/or to showcase certain use-cases.

I would rather recommend the customer to have a look at the USB CDC ACM peripheral example from the SDK - keep in mind that the example is only provided for the nRF52840 DK, in the nRF5 SDK v.17.
