&lt;p&gt;Are you using a custom board or a DK?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Have tried using a different USB cable?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;How have you connected the debugger to the chip? &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;This issue usually is due to a faulty connection, wrong voltage, some mistake on the custom board etc. Could you re-check that everything is connected and powered correctly?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
