 We are trying to use an nRF21540 FEM with nRF5340 running the latest nRF Connect SDK. Please can you advise how we can generate the necessary TX_EN/RX_EN signals to control the FEM for use with BLE?

&lt;p&gt;There is no support for this with nRF5340 yet. You can try using&amp;nbsp;MPSL&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;radio notifications&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;but it does not expose any information about what happens inside the timeslot, so I do not see any easy way of doing this. Hooking onto radio events with PPI is not going to help either due to the state transition time of NRF21540.&lt;/p&gt;
