Thank you. It appears that it was the cable (apparently I had multiple bad cables). I verified my setup on working computer A, then moved board and cable to problem computer B.

close the case if applicable.

Hi.

Did they work at some point? Are you seeing this issue on only one computer/laptop? Could you go through the steps listed in this thread and see if the issue persists.
