No. Not possible.

You need to create the internet part of your android app yourself. I can't help you with that (I don't know anything about it).

First of all, please understand that my English skills are insufficient.

What I want is to communicate with the nRF52840 Device and Mosquitto on my PC. It is understood that the nRF52840 Device is physically unable to communicate with Ethernet. So, according to the body link guide, I know creating a router with raspbarrypi. I want to know if this router role can be made with android app. Can you give me some advice?

Hello,

That is a rare request. Why do you need this?

The iot SDK was deprecated (you can see it is no longer part of the SDK, SDK17.0.0). The reason for this is that it was never properly finished, because it was not particularly much used.

I have never seen the request to run the raspberry pi project on a phone. Why do you need this? I believe you should look into using a custom BLE service, and rather look for other ways of getting the data that is transferred between the phone and the nRF to the cloud.
