Maybe buy complete solution from some guy at internet will be even cheaper.

Go on. The time you've already wasted faffing about with this has probably cost you more than the price of a Dev Kit!

But if you're developing for a different chip, you really should have the DevKit for that chip - why make life difficult for yourself?

The easy way is to get RF52840 DK, but I thing the programmer will be the same on board just with different preprogrammed loader.

It should be able to program any nRF52 or 51 chip.

Note that it only works for 3V targets.
