Hi Anand,

S110 v7.0 wouldn't support 32kB RAM variant. Could you try to use S110 v7.1 ? I'm testing here ble_app_hrs with SDK v6.0, S110v7.1 and had no issue (modified RAM LENGTH = 0x6000).

@Anand: Have you tried to simply modify gcc_nrf51_s110_xxaa.ld

from :

RAM (rwx) : ORIGIN = 0x20002000, LENGTH = 0x2000

RAM (rwx) : ORIGIN = 0x20002000, LENGTH = 0x6000

mainly sd_ble_enable(&ble_enable_params); function is failing and the device is resetting.

the memory regions are defined as follows in gcc_nrf51_s110_xxac.ld file

One experiment I did as follows but it didn't work(not advertsing)

i copied the gcc_nrf51_s110_xxac.ld from SDK 7 folder and pasted in SDK 6 gcc folder. Then changed the TARGET_CHIP := NRF51822_QFAC_CA and DEVICE_VARIANT := xxac . image has built but it is not advertising.
