our company wish to release a new commercial product. In this product we want to use the basic codes of softdevices and want to use the SDK. So I would like to know how to include the licence in this case

I'm sorry for the long delayed answer, we had a trouble with the case management system.

As of today, the SDK license still doesn't allow you to do so. What you can do is to tell end customers to download our SDK from our website and provide the diff so that end customers can apply the patch/modification on their own.

We will update the license to allow re-distribution (under license) soon.
