More recently, I have implemented the experimental of nrf52840 Dongle ,which is about Er asing it with nrfjprog or programming it with SES by DK. The dongle will lose its Boot-loader and its ability to be programmed through the USB interface

RE: A problem from experimental -- Flashing dfu will stop flashing Dongle by DK+SES

Hi Hung Bui

Please verify, do you have the bootloader on the dongle ?
If you have the bootloader on the dongle , you should update application via the DFU interface which is nRF Connect programmer or nrfutil.

The bootloader when booting will do CRC check of the application image and if the CRC check won't match it won't start the application.

This is the case when you flash your application using SES.
So there are 2 option, one is to modify the bootloader not to check for CRC. Second option is to generate bootloader setting which contain the CRC that match with your new application.
Option 2 is discussed here: https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/34212/howto-flash-bootloader-settings-for-dfu-using-ses-at-debug-time
