&lt;p&gt;I can&amp;#39;t really find any information regarding the temperature sensor on the nRF9160 SiP in general.&amp;nbsp;From the AT Command Reference Guide, it looks like the resolution is&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;1°C for %XTEMP and 0.001°C for %XRFTEST. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;But regarding the accuracy, I have asked the HW team for more information and I&amp;#39;ll let you know when I hear back.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
