You can download the nRF51 SDKs from developer.nordicsemi.com. You can see in the nRF51 compatibility matrix what SDK and softdevice versions are directly compatible with the PCA10001 board, which has second revision nRF51. But as Sebastian has already pointed out, new SDKs are easy to port to older boards.

They seem to be abandoning the old dev boards. The code will mostly work but you may want to change the project options to target your board. You'll be able to find some code in older sdk versions. You may be able to use an existing nordic website login.
