Thanks. I will look at that. When I originally looked at the MDBT50Q-DB-33, it looked similar enough to the nRF52833 DK that I thought I could get away with just using examples that were for the PCA10100. It was exactly correct as you can see from my original post.

Here is a response from Raytac,

After our engineer’s reviewed, SW4 on our module demo board does connect to nRF52833 NC Pin but not P.0.25.

Regarding to the testing you are working now, we would suggest you considering either way listed in below to proceed

i) Using SW1/SW2/SW3 alternatively instead of SW4 for further testing.
ii) Modified the board (remove 0hm resistor in SW4 and add wire jumps to P.0.25 as attached picture to make SW4 works.
