The Power Profiler app will check the firmware on the PPK (or connected nRF chip), and prompt you to flash the Power Profiler firmware onto the PPK if the correct firmware is not present. If you get this prompt every time, that points to you flashing the PPK with some other firmware inbetween uses. You need to dismount the PPK before trying to flash the DK with any other application firmware.

Sorry, I had read that - but it does not work properly. I must reflash the PPK at every startup.

No picture in particular, but it is described in the DK user guide how to prepare the DK for current measurement and restore normal kit function to it afterwards.

You have to remove the PPK and set a jumper cable on the nRF current measurement pin header in order to flash the onboard nRF52.

Is there a way that I can flash the nRF52832 on the PCA10040 with PPK (PCA63511) mounted?

Or do I have to remove the PPK each time when I flash the RF52832 on the PCA10040?

Yes, the PCA63511 and nRF6707 is the same, it's just two different format names of the PPK. In order to flash the correct Power Profiler software onto your PPK (PCA63511), the easiest way would be to mount it onto a DK (Development Kit) that is prepared for the PPK (see PPK User Guide for details). Then, open the nRFConnect for Desktop and its Power Profiler application and choose the device. If the correct firmware is not already on your PPK, you should get a prompt saying that the PPK needs to be programmed in order to proceed. Press "Yes" on the prompt, and the application will flash the firmware for you and start the Power Profiler.
