Hi Dany, don't mean to revive this thread from the dead but thanks for your demo! I managed to use it as the basis for my port back to bare avr code.

Hi Dany, were you able to finish the code? I am trying to port the code to the G2553 chip.

I added a workaround in my code to avoid this problem. The device now pairs with the UART android app provided by nordicsemi. I will post my code here once complete.

I have narrowed the problem down to a device started event not being generated when the setup transaction complete rsp is received. Any ideas as to why this could be happening?

EDIT: Here is the UART demo that I've written for the MSP430F6438. It is quite sloppy but it does work. BLE Demo.zip
