&lt;p&gt;Ripple on VDD should be &amp;lt;100mVpp. DEC4 should not be a concern if the layout is done properly, but typically between 1.1V and 1.32V. Also DEC4 shall not be supplied externally or loaded.&lt;/p&gt;
