I did disable all other peripheral and let only the adc task run only, but the result is just like I mentioned above

The first thing that stands out is that you trigger a sample task from the main loop. The sample rate is dependent on how often you wake up, and that will vary depending on BLE, GPIOTE, and app_timer activity.

If you just need to measure the battery voltage I suggest you set up an app_timer to control the sample rate.

I suggest you try to isolate the SAADC current issue by removing all other functionality (BLE, PIR, etc), in order to isolate the problem.
