Hi :

This problem is fixed, the cause is the source of the HFCLK ,

nordic use the HFINT as defualt, and it works ok when I switch to the HFXO use nrf_drv_clock_hfclk_request()

Thanks for your reply, I use the Tektronix's multimeter to measure and get the same result, and also I use the MCK(configure to 16M) as a codec's reference to produce a 8K audio data, then I count the frequency use software, and get the value less than 8K

This error is less than one percent. Did you calibrate your oscilloscope?
