Hello Sir,Please tell me how to add library path while making new project. Because when ever i was making a new project in specific folder it is build success. But when i add library like your example blinky it gives some error like no path found like this. and i also copy the apk library folder according your library example..

No, that is for the client. You have to use UART/Serial Port Emulation over BLE (<InstallFolder>\examples\ble_peripheral\ble_app_uart) to test with nRF-Connect-for-mobile.

I am little confuse with scanning mode. If i use ble_app_uart_c from ble_central example folder and download it to nRF52 device and the is it possible to communication with any android application with this preloaded board to show how to scan is processed.

Please see the BLE Blinky Application documentation. You also can test with the nRF-Connect-for-mobile.
