Yes, that is correct. The web solution is expecting input from the application.

When connected to the LTE Link monitor, you should see the output from Thingy:91.

What are you getting in nRF Cloud window? Can you provide a screenshot? Updating the modem FW does not help for showing anything. If you program the asset tracker, you will see more information as this application sends relevant data to nRF Cloud.

What application are you running on the Thingy:91? Can you provide an output from the LTE Link Monitor?

Hello,

Yes I have put the program again, and the AT+CGMR command shows me that the new modem firmware is loaded, however on the nRF Connect for Cloud nothing changes, and I still get the message "Upgrade your firmware to view Network, Sim, Device, and Service Information"

Hello,

After updating the modem FW you must also reprogram the application itself on the Thingy:91. Have you done that?
