I'm not sure what may have caused this, but the *.jlink files are autogenerated by SES, so there might be a problem with your project settings. You could try to delete the existing ble_app_blinky_pca10056_s140_Release.jlink and see if SES regenerates the file with appropriate settings.

Yes, original Segger project worked.

I compared my ble_app_blinky_pca10056_s140_Release.jlink with working. I am not sure how come below values are changed to 0.

WorkRAMSize = 0x00000
WorkRAMAddr = 0x00000000

Finally changed to

WorkRAMSize = 0x40000
WorkRAMAddr = 0x20000000

Now its working.

Hello Vishnu,

Have you tried the same with any of the original Segger projects in the SDK? I'm thinking it could be related to the debugger settings in your project since programming with nrfjprog works.
