I am using nRF51 DK as packet sniffer to sniff packets between Mobile and other device.
Why it captures only advertising related packets?
After successful connection of Mobile and other device, sniffer doesn't capture any packet.

Once you have ensured that the sniffer is following the device, you need to make sure that the sniffer is placed between the two devices being sniffed.

RE: nRF51 DK as sniffer

there is only one device

In order to pick up packets sent during a connection you need to "follow" the device. This is done by using the nRF-Sniffer UI to identify the device you want to follow, and select it using arrows + return. Once you have selected the device, the sniffer should be able to follow it during the connection. Note that you are only able to select what 'slave' to follow. In other words, you will not be able to follow your mobile phone.

This is also described in the nRF-Sniffer user manual found in the install location.
