Hello, can we revisit this question with current parts, and a design that includes the nRF54L15 and the nPM1300. There is an additional transceiver that requires a 32MHz clock input. Is there a 32MHz output from the nRF that can be used so we do not have to include an additional xtal for the transceiver?

I don't think this will be possible. The SPI clock is not accurate enough to use as a reference for a clock. It's also not possible to share the 32MHz crystal connecting an extra load, as the radio on the nRF52 will no function properly then.
