Does the nRF51822 have a capability of responding to multiple phones?
I am working with RFduino using the RFD22301. I'm assuming that the RFD22301 is the same BLE module as nRF51822. Am I correct in this assumption?
I'm using an app to control

RE: Does the nRF51822 have a capability of responding to multiple phones?

Hi

According to BLE specification a peripheral can only be connected to 1 central at the time, but a central can connect to up to 8 peripherals. Usually your phone(s) acts as the central but using Android 5.x your phone can act as a peripheral as well. Also, as of OS X v10.9 and iOS 6, Mac and iOS devices can function as Bluetooth low energy peripherals.

Yes, the RFD22301 contains a nRF51822.
