Problem solved!

Added preprocessor defines NO_VTOR_CONFIG and INITIALIZE_USER_SECTIONS

After this I got a bit longer before getting unsifficient memory error so Iahd to update RAM_START/RAM_SIZE

After this BLE seems to be working fine

Do you mean that it still crashes at nrf_sdh_enable_request?

Can you share your exact clock configuration?

Ok thanks, some clarification: I have a HFXO but no LFXO. I have tried several settings for the source of LFCLK, I guess in my case either internal RC or SYNTH would be doable. Neither of those settings works however. I have verified that my HFCLK is starting ok. Also the SDK examples run fine so the hardware should be ok.

Sometimes an external 32kHz crystal oscillator doesn't; the starting point is to try without using that external crystal similar to this suggestion nrf_sdh_enable_request-doesn.t
