Then I'm not sure what the problem could be. Since you only have 3 modules, can you try to narrow it down by disabling one by one?

I am using GPIOTE Port events

Are you enabling any GPIOTE IN events, or are you only using PORT events? IN events does increase the idle current, unlike having just the PORT event enabled.

no. configuration is same for example and my application. i tried initialising all modules that I use in my app but still i got 3 uA in example and 6 uA in my app.

used modules : esb, rng, gpiote

Have you enabled other peripherals such as the SPIS when you measure 6uA?

now it is drawing 6 uA where as low power example taking below 3 uA. do you have any idea what may causing it?

Hello,

Is it possible that you may have either a floating input or HFXO active when you get the 180 uA current draw? I can't think of anything else that could lead to this current profile.
