That is for the RADIO itself only. I don't think so, on PCBA that the chip only nrf52810. In the Spec, in 85℃，The file nRF52810_PS_v1.3 and 5.2.1.2 Radio transmitting/receiving section ,it's in the 85℃ and 3.3V power,it's decrease.See below photo.

Hi,

The behavior you are seeing is normal and expected. The leakage current will increase as temperature increase, and decrease with lower temperature. The total current consumption will therefore increase with increasing temperature.
