The normal temperature was good, that only 0.08mA. but why not 85℃，The current was up to 0.21 mA ,it's no oher action.
How can i solve it?This is chip P-n junction issue?

RE: Sleep mode, 85℃ , power dissipation very high.

Hi,

That is for the RADIO itself only. The System ON idle, and System OFF mode sleep currents will be higher with increasing temperature.See the plots at the end of this page: https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp?topic=%2Fps_nrf52810%2F_tmp%2Fgluon%2Fautodita%2FCURRENT%2Fparameters.id_current_sleep.html

RE: Sleep mode, 85℃ , power dissipation very high.

I don't think so, on PCBA that the chip only nrf52810. In the Spec, in 85℃，The file nRF52810_PS_v1.3 and 5.2.1.2 Radio transmitting/receiving section ,it's in the 85℃ and 3.3V power,it's decrease.See below photo.

RE: Sleep mode, 85℃ , power dissipation very high.

Hi,

The behavior you are seeing is normal and expected. The leakage current will increase as temperature increase, and decrease with lower temperature. The total current consumption will therefore increase with increasing temperature.
