One is the use of BLE peripherals, similar to sports bracelets; The other is the 2.4g private protocol mode . I have the following questions:
1. How to time-share switch between BLE mode

RE: How to time-share switch between BLE and 2.4G private protocol

I set the central address to the address of the special flag.
You will just have to find another way to make the switch. The address of the central device will be included in the scan request, maybe you can swap to "2.4g" from the address?

RE: How to time-share switch between BLE and 2.4G private protocol

But my scenario requires support for two modes (BLE connection and 2.4g private mode), and you can easily be switched to 2.4g by someone else's scanner. Are you sure you can't send any data in a scan request other than the scan request command?

RE: How to time-share switch between BLE and 2.4G private protocol

No, it's not possible to send any custom data in the scan request.

I guess you can solve this by making the device change to "2.4g" mode when receiving the scan request from the scanner.

If you have a device that is only a broadcaster, it will be hard to receive any data from the scanner. The "broadcaster" device will have to swap and scan for any packets broadcasted by the "scanner". Similarly the "scanner" will have to swap and broadcast data instead of scanning.

There is only one radio on the nRF so you will have to swap between scanning and broadcasting data.

1.
We have examples to demonstrate multiprotocol examples:
Multiprotocol application

The Multiprotocol Application is an example that implements the Heart Rate profile in Bluetooth mode and the Gazell device mode.

2.

Not sure if I understand the question, could you elaborate?
