&lt;p&gt;So this is on macOS. What version of the Thingy:91 do you have?&amp;nbsp; It&amp;#39;s printed on&amp;nbsp;the white sticker on the device if you take the silicon cover.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My first suggestion is to uninstall the JLink Drivers and nRF Connect and install both again. You will have to do this separately.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If this does not work, please provide me with the full log from nRF Connect Programmer application, which you can get by pressing this button.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
