I can start MCP without the dongle PCA10031 (which I have updated the firmware on) and it starts ok, but when I then plug in and select the device COM 5 - 6xxxxxxxxx, the program crashes and I get a window saying MCP has stopped working. If I restart

RE: Master Control Panel has stopped working (Windows 7)

Thanks, but does anyone know where there is a link for MCP firmware (MCP calls it "MEFW nrf51822 0.11.0"? Then I can use the nrfGo Studio to program the dongle PCA10031 instead of MCP, which crashes. So far none of the workarounds are helping. Thanks.

Ok found the firmware. Workaround that I got working was to use a hub. Thanks Paolo D.

RE: Master Control Panel has stopped working (Windows 7)

I had the same problem, found a couple workarounds which are posted here: devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../

RE: Master Control Panel has stopped working (Windows 7)

I have the same issue.
