Hello,

Please try to update to a more recent version of Make and see if helps (assuming Gnuwin32 is still on v3.8.1). I use the 64-bit version of Make from this package: https://gnu-mcu-eclipse.github.io/windows-build-tools/install/. That's the only thing I can think of trying. Looks like everything else is set up correctly.
