It&#39;s usually only devices such as HID keyboards that are supported natively by the OS. You may try the <span><a title="HID Keyboard Application" href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/sdk_nrf5_v17.0.0/ble_sdk_app_hids_keyboard.html?cp=7_1_4_2_2_15">HID Keyboard Application</a></span> to confirm it works.
