Can anyone verify that it is possible to use the nRF5340 PDK to program custom nRF53 board?
The documentation says: The nRF5340 PDK supports programming and debugging external boards with nRF51 or nRF52 System on Chip (SoC) s.

This seems to be a misprint from our side. We tested on our side, and the nRF5340 PDK is confirmed to be able to program external nRF52 and nRF53 boards (likely nRF51 SoCs as well). I have reported this internally, and we'll update the documentation accordingly. Thank you for notifying us

Best regards,
