Thanks for the update! I too was under the impression that JLink was installed automatically, maybe it's not the case on macOS.

We finally found the problem :

-> Jlink was not installed indeed.

thought we have installed nrfConnect and Seeger embedded studio and were able to program the chip, Jlink was not installed.

-> after having installed Jlink, it works

Hi Olivier,

Could you post the log from PPK app as well? I was not able to replicate this issue with my Mac with macOS 10.15.5.
