&lt;p&gt;As you write RSSI is an estimate, and not a very accurate one. It will not only differ on external environment but will also have some small variation between samples. What you can do however, is to do an average over multiple RSSI samples. This would decrease the overall impact an outlier&amp;nbsp;has in your application.&lt;/p&gt;
