I switch it to OFF and the board is working fine now. &lt;p&gt;First off, can you confirm whether solder bridge SB40 is cut in order to do power measurements on your board. If so, you need to use a&amp;nbsp; jumper cable on header P22. Please try recovering the Interface MCU on the DK by putting the MCU into boot mode. You can do so by holding the &lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/ug_nrf52840_dk/UG/nrf52840_DK/boot_reset_but.html"&gt;IF BOOT/RESET&lt;/a&gt; button while powering the DK on. You should download the&amp;nbsp;Interface &lt;a href="https://www.nordicsemi.com/Software-and-tools/Development-Kits/nRF52840-DK/Download#infotabs"&gt;MCU firmware (.bin file) from here &lt;/a&gt;and drag and drop this .bin file into the BOOTLOADER window popping up when you turn on the DK in bootloader mode.&lt;/p&gt;
