&lt;p&gt;The accepted TX power values are given in the&amp;nbsp;&lt;a title="  TXPOWER  " href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.nrf52832.ps.v1.1/radio.html?cp=4_2_0_22_13_9#register.TXPOWER"&gt;TXPOWER&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;register docuemntation. As you can see, Neg30dBm config is deprecated and hast the same register value as Neg40dBm. The resulting output power will be -40 dBm if this config is used.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;There is also a Pos3dBm setting.&lt;/p&gt;
