Yes, the only 820.15.4 bitrate we support is 250kbps.

You can see this from the MODE register definition in the RADIO peripheral, here.

OK,I know your words.you mean that use the 802.15.4 example,I just want to make sure that:

I checked the datasheet and the example source code,it seem that modified right,but no enable this function.

What are you trying to do with the example?

If you want to run an RF protocol based on 802.15.4 I would greatly recommend using the 802.15.4 radio driver, available here.

Then you don't need to implement the entire protocol from scratch.

One of my colleagues also wrote a simple transmitter/receiver example based on the above driver, which he shared here:
