Well, I am quite surprised because I think that generating the PSK by the modem could be quite useful for the customers as they don't need to manage this themselves. Could you also please ask if there is some plan to make this or similar functionality public?

Got back from the developers now that this command is not intended for use by customers, so you can disregard it. I will make sure that it is removed from the documentation!
