It is not possible to change this independently from the mode config. You can set the mode to Nrf_2Mbit in radio_configure(), which I believe should do what you want:

NRF_RADIO->MODE      = (RADIO_MODE_MODE_Nrf_2Mbit << RADIO_MODE_MODE_Pos);

Thanks for the reply, I am talking about channel width. I think the default is 1 MHz and I want to change it to 2 MHz

By bandwidth, do you mean the datarate MODE, or something else?
