Yeah thats what I've been doing this morning and found success!

Our previous implementation with v15.0 was configured to use the usb events queue: #define APP_USBD_CONFIG_EVENT_QUEUE_ENABLE 1

but we never called app_usbd_event_queue_process(). Somehow this was working fine but saw from the v15.3 example that this call is used and that fixed it for us.

Have you compared your code to the CDC_ACM example in SDK v15.3.0 to see if you have omitted anything?

How does your implementation of the usbd event handler look?

Hi,

I aplogise for the delay in getting back to you.

We do intend to make the switch to v17 but the most important changes to us are in 15 to 15.3. We did first attempt to use v17 but we encountered many issues so have decided to go for a more incremental approach.

We would like to get the USB working then work on upgrading to v17 afterwards.

Any particular reason you are not switching to SDK v17?

There has been quite a bit of improvements to the drivers in later versions of the SDK.

I can't really see any issue with the code you shared, but I know there have been some issues with the USB POWER events for certain SoftDevice versions.

Can you let me know if you use a SoftDevice or not, and if so which version you are using?
