Without the 32MHz you will not be able to use the radio peripheral at all.

You can control any module that don't require an accurate clock (internal oscillator has ±8% tolerance). Bluetooth won't work without crystal.

So I can able to control IR sensor and other module using nrf52832 without 32MHZ crystal right? Bluetooth alone I can't use right?

If you don't use radio, you can work from an internal oscillator without 32mhz crystal.
