Thank you for explaining. In that case, I think you have to merge the USBD BLE UART and USB CDC ACM examples, as the latter uses the dedicated USB pins (D+/D-) for USB communication to I.E. a terminal. Do you have any specific questions on how to do so, as I don't know what exactly it is you're struggling with in this process.

We are designing a real application using tnRF52833. The hardware has been designed by my teammate. But instead of connecting 4 pins of UART and converting them to USB, he connected directly D+ D- from nrf52833 and so that I can't read to info that I want to read in terminal. So I need some suggestions on this thing.

Can you tell me more about how you've implemented the USB in your application? What example project have you based your application on? I suggest checking out the USBD BLE UART Example project, which should be able to do exactly what you're asking.
