Hello,

Have you tried to debug nrf_ble_scan_filter_set()? This code is open source, so you should be able to step through this. I suspect that neither of the configurations are set in sdk_config.h, which is why the default return value (NRF_ERROR_INVALID_PARAM == 7) returns. Look at how this is done in the ble_app_uart_c example.

yes, I have a look on that and when I comment that line, the application run well. But I don't get it why my parameter is invalid. Can you tell me??

Go to the declaration (not definition) of nrf_ble_scan_filter_set() - it'll be in an SDK header file.

Read the comment documentation for nrf_ble_scan_filter_set() - it will list all the possible error returns, and their meanings.

Yes, i have checked it already!!

The error code comes from scan_init() with the error_code = 0x00000007 after nrf_ble_scan_filter_set. Do you have any ideas for this??

It's your code - so you are the one that needs to debug it!

Add further RTT traces to get more details of what's happening
Use the debugger to see what's actually happening in your code

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. I used RTT to see what happened and used nRFconnect to see my device broadcast advertising or not. But I can't find my device in the list of nRFconnect @_@
