microcontroller firmware development, and phone app development are rather different areas - not often done by the same person.

I know app development it's beyond the scope of this forum, but my guess is that users of nrf52832 that want to implement ANT also need to develop apps to acquire data, so they might have experience in this field.

There is a specific Android ANT API to deal with ANT sensors.

Yes, Samsung Galaxy A51 has ANT.

Note that App development is beyond the scope of this forum - at the level of an app, it neither knows nor cares what physical BLE devices are being used.
