Hello,

The Getting Started Assistant has been deprecated, please use the Toolchain Manager only.

Our documentation is outdated, and due to Microsoft ending its support for Windows 7, we will only fully support Windows 10. This means that we can't guarantee support on Windows 7.

Hi Øyvind:
We are not using a VPN.

The version of Windows is win7 32bit.

We follow the "Getting Started Assistant" to install the toolchain,

It also failed at installing Chocolatey.

But We successfully install NCS by ToolChain Manager on another PC that is win7 64bit.

NCS can't be install at win7 32bit ,is it right?

Hello Joe,

Have you tried other networks? Are you using a VPN? What version of Windows are you using?

The error Spawn Uknown might be an issue with nRF Connect for Desktop and Windows.

Will talk to our developers.
