 advertising_init() -&amp;gt; advertising_update() -&amp;gt; advertising_update() -&amp;gt; .... 
 UUID, Mayjor, Minor is set in the advertising_init(). but UUID, Mayjor, Minor is deleted in the advertising_update()

Advertising packets are just broadcasted, this doesn&amp;#39;t mean you are in a connection. To send a connection request and enter a connection you must press CONNECT.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;After your update you are able to connect because with memset(&amp;amp;advdata, 0, sizeof(advdata)); you set all the advertising data to 0. This mean that you set m_adv_params.type to 0x00, which corresponds to &lt;code&gt;#define BLE_GAP_ADV_TYPE_ADV_IND 0x00 /**&amp;lt; Connectable undirected. */&lt;/code&gt; If you want your device to be non connectable after the update you need to add &lt;code&gt;m_adv_params.type = BLE_GAP_ADV_TYPE_ADV_NONCONN_IND;&lt;/code&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
