The core of my questions as follows:

UUID, Major, Minor, the RSSI value is initialized. But how is the search on my smartphone applications?

When you press SCAN in nRF Master Control Panel it will scan for advertising packets. Advertising packets are just broadcasted, this doesn't mean you are in a connection. To send a connection request and enter a connection you must press CONNECT.

After your update you are able to connect because with memset(&advdata, 0, sizeof(advdata)); you set all the advertising data to 0. This mean that you set m_adv_params.type to 0x00, which corresponds to #define BLE_GAP_ADV_TYPE_ADV_IND 0x00 /**< Connectable undirected. */ If you want your device to be non connectable after the update you need to add m_adv_params.type = BLE_GAP_ADV_TYPE_ADV_NONCONN_IND;
