See &lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/nordic/cellular-iot-guides/b/getting-started-cellular/posts/how-to-get-modem-trace-using-trace-collector-in-nrf-connect"&gt;this tutorial&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;for how to collect a modem trace. Then provide me with both the trace and the log file. Please attach the file and&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;do not&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;paste it into your comment.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;You need to do this before trying to connect.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;LED3 and LED4 are on and LED 4 seems to blink a little&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/latest/nrf/applications/asset_tracker/README.html#user-interface"&gt;Here&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;is&amp;nbsp;what the LED*s indicate. LED3 ON and LED4 blinking means it&amp;#39;s connecting to nRF Cloud. When both of the LED&amp;#39;s start blinking in sync, you can try to add the device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
